This policy covers purchases made directly from Resilio, operated by Conatus Biosciences Inc.
Cancel an unshipped order
You may cancel an order, including a pre-order, before it ships for a full refund, including any tax collected. Email hello@resiliolife.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will initiate the refund within 7 business days of confirming the cancellation. Once an order has shipped, the return conditions below apply.
30-day unopened returns
To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
For product safety, opened products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit your rights if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or any rights provided by applicable law.
Return instructions and costs
Please contact us before sending a return. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address and instructions. Our company mailing address is not a return destination unless we specifically confirm it for your return.
You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee or deduct the cost of the original free outbound shipping from an eligible refund. Keep your return tracking information.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the product and packaging, when available, can help us investigate. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at Resilio's expense, including any necessary return shipping.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue the approved refund, including the applicable tax on the refunded items, to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. Contact us if you need help locating a refund.
Subscriptions
Canceling future subscription renewals does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged. An unshipped order can be canceled under the rule above; shipped orders follow this return policy. See our pre-order and subscription terms.
