About these terms
Resilio is operated by Conatus Biosciences Inc. ("Resilio," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms apply to our website at resiliolife.com and purchases made directly through our Shopify-hosted store. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds policy.
Using our website
You must be of legal age to enter into a purchase agreement where you live. Provide accurate order and contact details and keep your account access secure. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use content in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Product information
Our website provides general product and educational information, not personal medical advice. Follow the product label and consult a qualified healthcare professional about whether a supplement is appropriate for you, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition. Individual experiences vary.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Ingredient research is not necessarily a clinical trial of the finished Resilio formula. Customer reviews describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of results. Packaging visuals identified as previews may differ from final packaging; the product page's stated specifications and product label should be consulted.
Prices, availability, and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout; Resilio covers outbound U.S. shipping. Review the selected product, quantity, purchase option, total, and any shipping estimate before placing an order. A notification signup is not an order and does not authorize payment.
Prices and availability may change for future orders. If an error or availability issue affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charge an unapproved higher amount. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for it.
Pre-orders & subscriptions
Current launch status: R1 paid pre-orders and product subscriptions are not yet open. Stress + Gut is currently sold out. Displayed subscription options describe planned offers, not an active enrollment.
R1 pre-orders
Before paid R1 pre-orders open, we will display a confirmed estimated shipping window. A pre-order will collect the full first-order amount at checkout, not a deposit. You may cancel before shipment for a full refund, including any tax collected. If shipping is delayed, we will provide the updated estimate and cancellation options and request any consent required by law.
Planned subscription offers
- R1: one box of 30 White Yuzu sticks every 30 days. At the current $59 one-time price, the 15% subscription discount is $50.15 per shipment, plus applicable tax.
- Stress + Gut: two bottles every 30 days. At $49.90 per bottle, the 15% subscription discount on the $99.80 shipment is $84.83, plus applicable tax.
Subscriptions will require your express agreement to recurring charges at checkout. The first shipment is paid in full when ordered. For an R1 pre-order subscription, there will be no renewal charge before the initial shipment; the second charge is scheduled for 30 days after the initial shipment, then every 30 days. We will not open subscriptions until the billing setup supports the stated schedule.
When subscriptions become available, you will be able to manage or cancel future renewals through the subscription management link provided with your order, or contact hello@resiliolife.com for help. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to stop that renewal. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund an already charged order; our cancellation and return rules apply to that order. Material changes to recurring pricing or terms will be communicated before they take effect, with any consent required by law.
Website content and third-party services
Resilio's branding, designs, and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website for personal browsing and shopping; commercial reuse requires permission or another lawful basis. Linked research, payment services, Shopify features, and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices.
Your rights and updates
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms for future use and orders, with notice where required; an update does not remove rights arising from a prior purchase.
